I’m motivated by the fact that I get to help promote a study with a meaningful purpose. The 10,000 Families Study is helping us discover valuable health information that can help improve our lives!

I was born and raised in Minnesota, and a huge Minnesota fan through and through!

At 10KFS, I help out with all things social media. I create content, digital advertisements and enjoy finding the most effective way to reach and communicate to our potential participants. My background is in journalism, communications and marketing. As well as running the 10KFS social media channels, I manage the University of Minnesota Medical School and M Physicians’s social media platforms.

A fun fact about me is that the only thing I need to be happy is a matcha latte!
